Update* We’ve taken her 200kms or so, and no issues so far. No overheating at all. Also holy crap this little thing is tons of fun to drive.

It’s sunbaked, probably has a cracked head, and isn’t exactly as rust free as I remember. But, it’s the truck I learned standard on, and no one else had plans to get it going again. Now I just have to get it home....450kms away.

That is awesome. Do you plan to swap it of keep the original engine. It a large displaysment 4 cylinder right? Like 2.6l

Yeah it’s a 2.6, 4G54 I think. I think I’m swapping the head, and getting it a Weber to replace the not very brilliant single barrel Mikuni. That said, I’ve never taken on anything that involved on my own, so this should be interesting.
